Who am I?

For over 10 years, I have been working as a freelance puppet builder in southern Germany. In 2011, I completed my studies as a puppet actor at the Musikhochschule Stuttgart.

And I constantly find a thousand reasons to be grateful: I had the great joy of traveling (I spent a year in Australia), getting to know various cultures by working in different countries, and taking on the funniest jobs: dishwasher, oil painting sales representative, vine pruner, nanny, ice cream vendor, and more. Now, together with my husband (, I have my own workshop and two adorable hyperrealistic clapping-mouth puppets (6 months and 4 years old). Balancing family and work is challenging, but...

I LOVE MY JOB! I am incredibly fortunate to have found work that suits me so well, satisfies and delights me, and continually presents new challenges.

Despite specializing in puppet and set construction, puppetry remains an important part of my artistic work and holds significant value. When my schedule allows, I perform as part of the FIGURENKOMBINAT ensemble. With my expertise in puppetry, I know exactly how to construct well-movable and distinctive theatre puppets.

Clients such as the Landesbühne Sachsen, the Landestheater Tübingen, the German Children's Aid Foundation, the Figurentheater Chemnitz, as well as independent theatre groups, appreciate my customized puppets and stage concepts.

Additionally, I provide puppetry coaching and construction courses, including at FITZ! The Theatre of Animated Forms in Stuttgart. I have also designed interactive exhibition concepts for children and worked for five years in puppetry and puppet construction for the Labyrinth-Musiktheater, collaborating with refugee youth in Stuttgart.
